Shipping & Returns

All the equipment sold from Petrutech Technologies is field tested. However, if any problem occurs, we'll exchange any device within 5 days from arrival.
No money refund.
We are doing the best we can for this transaction to go as smooth as possible.  We are packaging the item with great care, using the best material.  However, we are not responsible for the item once it is dispatched By Registered airmail + Delivery Confirmation. Only if shipped by EMS (Express), there is a tracking option. We keep the Registered Delivery tracking , to indicate to you the date the item has been dispatched.  However, this is not a confirmation or a guarantee that the item will reach you, but rather only to serve as an acknowledgment from the local Postal Service that in fact we mailed the item. If any device may be damaged during the shipping, we'll replace any faulty item, if returned to us on its original state and without being opened.

The combined shipping cost is added at the finish of the transaction.

The shipping cost is subject of the total weight of the items.

For example: All the small Eagle series (3,4,6,8) (0.030kg) (30g) per unit

All the VOX series weight are 0.070 (0.070kg) (70g) per unit

All the Recivers series weight are 0.22 (0.20kg) (220g) per unit

The shipping and hanling cost can be deduced from this table: 0.06kg=$11.80, 0.15kg=$12.45 0.2kg=$14.50, 0.3kg=$16.50, 0.4kg=$19.50

The "flat" shipping rate is $37 for EMS (Express) shipping up to 0.5kg
