Just connect the Micro Phone Bug in line with the phone you want to monitor and listen to the two way conversations using a commercial FM receiver. When the handset of any phone on the line is lifted, the Micro Phone Bug turns on automatically and begins to transmit both sides of the telephone chat to any nearby FM radio. The Micro Phone Bug  does NOT require batteries. The frequency is tuned to approx. 95.5MHz but can be adjusted anywhere between 90 and 108MHz.
