Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship within 24-48 hours from Sunday to Thursday. Local post offices are closed from Thursday noon to Sunday morning (GMT).

We ship to most countries, except Africa, Russian Federation, and the Middle East.

Customers from the following countries can pay only by T/T (bank to bank transaction) Other types of payments are not accepted and will be refunded: South America, Central America, and  Asia.

We accept payments by PayPal only from verified by PayPal customers and to a confirmed address.
Payments by credit/debit cards at PayPal sites are rejected automatically by our accounting software as "not eligible".

The shipping fees are automatically calculated and depend on the weight. Therefore, for most products shipping is combined. You can find on the checkout page the calculated shipping costs.

The default delivery method is "Registered  + confirmation of delivery" for most countries that have traceable services. An exception is the United States, as it provides tracking services only to priority mail. Usually, the shipping time is estimated within 15 to 20 business days (not including weekends, local holidays or exceptions as strikes or bad weather). It depends mainly on destination customs control and local weather.

An exception is the ex-Soviet countries. Travel time is estimated at 15 to 35 working days.

EMS is an Express mail service. Usually, the shipping time is estimated within 7-8 business days, (not including weekends, local holidays, or exceptions as strikes or bad weather). It mostly depends on customs control and local weather.

After shipping, we send the customer an email with the details of the shipment including the pack's picture, the tracking number, and user manual (as a pdf file).

Refund Policy

  • We accept returns within 5 business days from the parcel's arrival. No questions are asked. After 5 business days from arrival, there are no refunds, under any circumstance. However, we accept returns for defective devices, for repairing, up to 180 days from arrival. The refund includes the shipping fee only on the following conditions:
  • The pack has to be sent back using the simplest traceable shipping method.
  • If the parcel is returned by using "priority mail", "EMS" or by any courier as USPS, DHL FeDex etc., it won't be released from customs and no refund will be provided. The reason is that WE are charged for any incoming mail using these faster options, by a minimum $50 just for releasing paperwork.
  • The pack must contain the front part of the shipped by us envelop, with OUR customs declaration.
  • It has to be mentioned on the customer's customs declaration exactly the same devices and value as were declared by us, and should mention "returned goods".
  • Please note that returns of packs that include any radio may be held by customs and not released. In this case, we are not responsible and we won't accept any refund. This file is an integral part of your purchase, and by purchasing from us you accept this policy.
